The Warriors attacked the sectional semifinal against Belvidere and found themselves scoring early and often. The Warriors jumped out to a 4-0 halftime lead behind goals from
Sam Hardy,
Ty Seager,
Grant Rougas, and
Reid Culberson. The pace of the Warriors was too much for Belvidere and final score ended at 7-0.
Wheaton Academy moves on to the sectional final on Friday night at 6pm. The matchup will be against Burlington Central (20-2 overall) who defeated Freeport in the sectional semifinal.
The Warriors move to 20-3-1 on the year.
