The Wheaton Academy Warriors advance to 3-1 in the MSC and 5-2-1 overall with a 8-0 win over St. Edwards on a rainy Tuesday night at Performance trust field.
Haetham Nasr (JR) lead the way with 3 goals and 1 assist on the evening.
Lucas Landstrom (SO) and
Scotty Murray (FR) tallied their first career varsity goals, with
Solomon Pitts,
Troy Erickson, and
Caleb Mariotti rounding out the scorers column. Team soccer on full display with 6 of the 8 goals being directly assisted. Pitts tallied 2 assists, while Nasr, Platt, Landstrom, and Holwerda each contributed 1 each.
Brandon Hoekstra and
Declan Finnegan combine for the 3rd shutout of the 2020 Spring Season.
