Girls Golf Finishes Third at Brookhill Shootout

Rantoul, IL. - The Wheaton Academy girls golf team competed in a 17 team shootout at the Brookhill Golf Course on Friday, August 28.  Normal Community High School finished first with a team score of 322.  The Warrior girls finished in third place with a team score of 349.  Scores counting for the Warriors:  Hailey Farmer (Sr) 84, Meredith Bult (Jr) 86, Lauren Isenhart (Jr) 87 and Margaret Harmon (Fr) 92.  Hailey Farmer finished in 9th place in the individual scoring.

The girls play Plainfield Central HS in a dual match at home, Pheasant Run GC, on Tuesday, September 1 at 4 pm.
