Girls Golf Triumphs at Western Acres

Lombard, IL. -

Wheaton Academy girls golf team posted a 179 - 210 victory over the Glenbard South girls team at Western Acres golf course in Lombard, Illinois on Wednesday afternoon.  This moves the girls to 2-0 in head-to-head matches this season.

Margaret Harmon (So) only took 40 strokes to get around nine holes and was the medalist.  Chrislyn Herring (Sr) 44, Lauren Isenhart (Sr) 47, and Meredith Bult (Sr) 48 rounded out the scoring for the Warrior girls.

The girls will hop on the bus and head to Bloomington, IL. on Saturday for the Saints Shootout at Railside Golf Course.  The Shootout is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am.
