Wheaton Academy opened their 2017 season at home against Timothy Christian on Thursday night. The Warriors came out ready to play and scored in the 2nd minute. The Warriors used good ball movement, quality finishing, and great energy to race out to a 9-1 victory. After losing 16 players from last year's roster, the Warriors had several new faces in the mix. The team built on the momentum they received from the early goal and completed a quality first victory for the season. The Warriors will host Geneva High School at 2pm on Saturday before travelling to Batavia on Monday night for a 6:30pm match.
